The Girls' gaelic football team won the South West Antrim Indoor 5 a Side tournament earlier this year. St. Brigid's had a great festival this year. As well as over 200 children taking part in verse, singing and music the school Choir won both the competition they entered and the Overall Primary School Choir of the Festival. Staff Literacy Course

The teaching staff at St. Brigid's recently completed a year long period of study in conjunction with Stanmillis University College. The project enabled staff to develop themselves professionally in relation to Literacy Difficulties encountered by children including dyslexia.
