"Ditch the Dark Day”

Our school ECO Councillors told us all about Ditch the Dark Day during assembly this morning. The event takes place next Friday, 30^thNovember and children are asked to come to school wearing bright coloured clothing etc. (Hi-Vis coats/ Bright sports tops/ reflectors on bags etc.). This means that the day is a non-uniform day. It’s also a day when we try to reduce the number of cars entering the school site so walking the whole or part of the way to school is encouraged.
